The CRRC Annual Conference is the premier annual event for the cool surfaces industry. It brings together diverse stakeholders for the CRRC Member Meeting, participatory sessions hosted by CRRC Committees, and a CRRC Board of Directors meeting.

Born from the yearly tradition of the CRRC Annual General Membership meeting, the event has grown into a three-day conference that aims to provide attendees with exceptional opportunities to connect and network; engage with informative and inspiring educational sessions; and have a voice in shaping the future of the CRRC.

The research and education presented at the conference provide timely, accurate, and valuable information about reflective building materials that is based on scientifically rigorous studies. Advertising or promotion of specific products or services is not permitted.

2026 Annual Conference Highlights

In 2026, the CRRC Annual Meeting was officially renamed the CRRC Annual Conference to reflect the shift from a one-day meeting to a three-day event. We also debuted a new Member Meeting format that included an interactive breakout session and written Annual Report.

The 2026 event had a record number of first-time attendees, which led to inspired conversations between CRRC Member veterans and new voices. Thank you to all who attended and made the 2026 Annual Conference a truly incredible event!

2026 Guest Speakers

Thank you to our guest speakers who presented educational sessions at the 2026 Member Meeting: Dr. Larry Kalkstein, President of Applied Climatologists; Tim Hebrink, Corporate Scientist for 3M Corporate Research Process Lab; and Jake Medley, Executive Director of the Louisville, Kentucky Mayor’s Office of Sustainability.
