Speakers are required to submit their final presentation for review by May 22, 2027, and will make changes upon request.

No specific slide template is required; PowerPoint or Google Slides may be used.

The CRRC reserves the right to combine individual speakers into a panel format if topics are complementary.

Selected speakers will be offered a fixed, discounted conference registration rate of $299. Please note that the CRRC will not provide reimbursement for travel, lodging, or meals.

A PDF version of each presentation will be publicly available on the CRRC website.

All speakers consent to being photographed. Photos may be used in CRRC marketing and educational materials (e.g., website)

Presentations must be educational and technical in nature, and not promotional or sales-oriented content.

Attendees may have the option to earn continuing education credits.
- If you are selected to be a speaker, your headshot and professional biography will be used in conference promotional materials.
