The CRRC Annual Meeting has officially been renamed the CRRC Annual Conference! The event's new name reflects the transition to a three-day event that we piloted in 2024 and 2025 and our aim to make this the premier gathering of professionals engaged in the cool surfaces arena. The event will include the CRRC Member Meeting, Committee Day, and Board Meeting. CRRC Members and non-members are invited to attend, with one ticket granting access to all three days.

We’re embracing the theme of COOL CONNECTIONS, with interactive breakout sessions during the Member Meeting to foster deeper conversations around the CRRC’s core activities. As in years past, the Member Meeting will also feature guest presentations from experts in the cool surfaces space, plus organizational updates; the Board of Directors election; and presentation of the Marty Hastings Award. Socialize with fellow attendees during the complementary cocktail reception after the Member Meeting and dedicated networking breaks each day of the conference.

About the CRRC Annual Conference

The CRRC Annual Conference is a yearly tradition where the CRRC community comes together to hear about the latest industry research and CRRC activities; provide input on direction and cast votes for the Board of Directors; and socialize with fellow CRRC stakeholders and staff. The meeting is open to both CRRC Members and non-members.

The Annual Conference also consists of a series of guest speaker presentations. The purpose of guest speaker presentations is to provide CRRC Members and non-members with timely, accurate, and valuable information relevant to reflective building materials, with all viewpoints on cool roofs and cool exterior walls accepted. Technical information is supported by scientifically rigorous studies and presentations do not serve as a platform for advertising or promoting certain products or services.
