Pavement Ratings Steering Committee

The CRRC Board of Directors formed the Pavement Ratings Steering Committee (PRSC) in 2023 to explore the potential development of a CRRC rating program for pavement materials. The PRSC is currently working on:

• Determining industry interest in a rating program
• Discussing the use of product ratings by municipalities and local jurisdictions
• Developing a self-sustaining program financial model
• Exploring technical questions and considerations with the rating of pavement materials
