Why did your organization become a CRRC member?
DECRA became a CRRC member to serve our distributor customers in the California market for roofing solutions that fulfill Title 24 energy code cool roof compliance. DECRA has stone coated roofing systems that perform well to reduce solar heat gain on homes and businesses needing a steep-slope roofing long-life solution.
How has CRRC membership been of value to you / your organization?
Our CRRC membership has been very valuable to serve customers wanting a higher performance solar heat reflective roof solution. CRRC directory listing establishes our verifiable cool roof performance values, as delivered by CRRC's updated website and directory service.

DECRA provides a steep-slope roofing system solution that stands up to harsh market needs such as wildfire exposure, coastal region high wind zones, and extreme hail impact markets. Combine this performance with our cool roof options -- our customer gains both needed protection and solar heat reduction for comfort and energy savings.
What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of your industry/sector?
The awareness and demand for attractive, durable and highly protective metal roofing continues to grow in our North and Central America markets. This translates to healthy growth opportunities for DECRA and our employees.
